   Responsible for the management and leadership of all technology for Kenco’s five (5) business units. Full P&L responsibility for Kenco’s $35+ million IT budget and 110 IT resources. Responsible for transforming Kenco’s IT offering and processes, and improve overall operational performance. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, positioned to help define and deliver on the Kenco business strategy. My focus has been on implementing transformational technology, process improvements, delivery improvements, shedding technical debt, talent management and financial management. I have focused on application modernization, implementation of a new ERP and delivery of technology to support new service offerings. At the core of the initiative was the successful execution of our cloud initiative, which focused on migrating all internally and externally facing servers, applications and databases to AWS and enabling the shutdown of our on-premise datacenter. This project was flawlessly executed with every migration being successful and no lost work time for our business operation’s teams or customers. This has improved solution reliability, improved disaster recovery, lowered cost, and shortened start-up timelines by 60% driving significant top-line and bottom-line improvements. This strong foundation has enabled the implementation of transformational robotics technology, as well as other automation solutions, to address today’s challenging labor market issues. It has also provided an environment for the continued implementation and growth of our Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence tools. Our technology initiatives and strategic plan execution continues to resonate with customers and new prospects, as validated through voice of the customer surveys. It has better positioned us to deal with the challenging markets and conditions. Kenco’s technology capabilities and strategic direction continue to contribute to the company’s record growth.
