When I stepped into the role of Head of Consultancy at Conosco, my mission was clear: bring together three distinct teams and create a unified, high-performing consultancy division. I took ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from presales to implementation and training, and led strategic PMO initiatives that impacted both UK and international operations.I’ve guided successful acquisition integrations across the US and UK, focusing on domain consolidation and data governance through geofencing. Alongside this, I’ve overseen M&A due diligence on infrastructure and risk, all while driving cloud transformation projects, including complex SharePoint migrations to Microsoft Cloud.• I led our organisation and clients to achieve Cyber Essentials Plus certification on the first attempt, securing long-term client trust and recurring revenue.• I partnered with auditors to successfully deliver ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 certifications, elevating our compliance and quality posture.• I introduced new cybersecurity initiatives, including Threat & Vulnerability Management and email domain protections, while launching employee awareness services.• Through a strong governance lens, I championed the adoption of Microsoft Autopilot and Copilot, ensuring risk controls were embedded into every layer of supplier engagement.
