Steve and his wife Cindy met in graduate school. She embarked on private practice of clinical psychology while Steve took on various corporate leadership roles. His private practice work ebbed and flowed over the years, finally joining Cindy full time in September, 2014. Xefatura psychologists and consultants work exclusively in corporate consulting, including executive coaching, executive assessment, and leadership development. We maintain an international network of consultants and call on them to augment the work of Xefatura Consulting LLC, including managing large engagements with corporate clients. Xefatura (pronounced \'Chef-a-tura\') is the Galician word for leadership. Cindy is the Founder and Steve is the President. Ownership of company is 55% female, qualifying it as a Women Owned Enterprise.
