Responsible for the space planning, designing, construction, engineering, maintenance, and operation of campus buildings, real estate, grounds, utility systems, and supporting infrastructure of approximately 1.5 million square feet of 63 buildings on a 170-acre site.• Leads soft services to include Mail Services, Furniture Purchases, Transportation, and contractual services (including janitorial services). • Supervise staff of maintenance, grounds, mailroom, event support, fleet services, administrative.• Completed Fiscal 20••••25 capital projects of $15m which includes dining facility remodel, construction of an Amazon JWO store, upgrade athletic center, football locker rooms, student recording studio.• Planning capital upgrades for years 2025-27 of approx.$30 -$5m library modernization, interior and exterior student housing safety modifications & Upgrades, health & wellness center expansion, and athletic center expansion.• Created deferred maintenance and capital renewal plan with implementation starting July 2025. • Collaborate with local Collegeville officials and private investors for local events and future development of college owned properties for downtown revitalization.• Reports on the College’s greenhouse gas inventory, developing key performance indicators and working in close coordination with the Director of Sustainability to help implement conservation programs.• Identify & negotiate high return energy conservation, renewable measures, and procurement strategies.
