Steve Walker, Co-creator/Partner of two concepts, Mezeh Mediterranean Grill consisting of over 50 locations with new openings scheduled this year. Goal is to continue to develop and grow Mezeh as a leader in the fast casual industry. Steve developed Smak a sandwich, salad and soup concept that was located in the heart of DC. He also oversaw operations of several Moe’s Southwest Grill restaurants and a Spanish concept called 100 Montaditos. Involvement in the development of a new concept Maizal - south American street food. His 100% focus now is to grow the Mezeh concept into one of the leading Mediterranean brands in the Fast Casual industry.He has consistently enhanced the strategic performance and growth of the concepts. He is known for his creative knowledge, menu development and intense food knowledge in continuing creating new food items and bold flavors. His innovative marketing strategies that have improved revenue streams, enhanced the brand image and increased customer loyalty.Steve has over 25 years of multi- unit leadership with a variety of concepts. He has succeeded in the development and success of several concepts, consistently producing increased sales and guest counts. He has extensive proven experience in over 65 different store openings throughout the Midwest, South and Northern Virginia/DC markets. Steve held a variety of roles in operations, culinary and menu development, sales and marketing, business planning and development. Demonstrate critical business knowledge and vision in the ability to maximize a profitable successful concept as a multi-unit operator.
