Mr. Felice is an experienced senior executive with over four decades of diverse international experience in corporate leadership and the development and delivery of major capital projects and programs. His experience includes broad exposure to a global portfolio footprint and natural resource commodity segments – gold, silver, iron ore, nickel, copper, coal, uranium, diamonds, lithium, rare earths, cobalt, aluminium, borates, frac sand, PGMs, and petroleum. He has held senior leadership roles in Owner, Construction Management, General Contractor, Subcontractor, and EPCM organizations, providing critical experience in investment governance and all phases of capital project delivery. Mr. Felice is a multi-decade member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).During his five years with BHP, Mr. Felice led the BHP Project Centre of Excellence and the BHP Project Management Leadership Team and was a member of the BHP Group Investment Review Committee. As Project Centre of Excellence Officer and Chair of the Projects Leadership Team, Mr. Felice drove numerous improvements to create effective outcomes in capital-efficient investment delivery. During his time with BHP, Mr. Felice was a member of the PMI’s Global Executive Council representing BHP in that important forum. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Felice led BHP\'s Technical Division activities related to the Petroleum division demerger to Woodside Energy.Before joining BHP, Mr. Felice spent seven years at Rio Tinto in a succession of senior executive roles in the capital projects delivery organization. Joining Rio in 2010 as Group Advisor, Capital Projects, Mr. Felice was elevated to the role of Managing Director-Americas Projects in 2011. Subsequent roles at Rio Tinto then followed: MD-Australasia Projects (2013), MD-Copper & Aluminium Projects (2014), MD-Iron Ore & Copper Projects (2015), and MD-Copper & Diamonds Projects (2016).Mr. Felice is a graduate of Penn State University with a B. Architectural Engineering (Mechanical) degree. He also earned MBA and MS-Finance degrees from the University of Colorado. Mr. Felice’s continuing Executive Leadership education continued with programs from Duke and the London Business School.
