From dishwashers to c-suite leaders, I learn each day how to contribute better as a member of a group, collectively focused on achieving our goals. I am driven to create collaborating solid teams by focusing on individuals and supporting them to be the best at what they do. I thrive on defining direction, purpose and strategy and collectively breaking down roles and accountability through analysis and overall execution. I\'ve managed over 400 hotel openings. Executed synchronized food/beverage service for heads of state and oversaw millions of covers served annually. I create aligned partnerships with hotel owners, ensuring brand delivery while balancing owner expectations. A growth mindset is key. I\'ve recently completed my MBA and garnered resources and a network that provides me with a global view of strategic initiatives that can deliver change agent opportunities. Specific expertise includes optimizing financial performance and standards for operating hotels and overseeing new hotel construction projects, takeovers and conversions. I take a \"we are all members of the team\" approach and gain great fulfillment when the team becomes more significant than the leader… which challenges me to recreate and constantly improve.
