ABOUT STEVEN JOYCE.
I design systems that solve today’s challenges and evolve with tomorrow’s business. With over two decades of global experience — including 14 years at Siemens AG across the UK, Germany, Sweden, and Canada — I’ve led transformation programmes that span procurement, engineering, payroll, HR, and real estate. My focus is always the same: build clarity, unlock capability, and future-proof the business.I specialise in creating operating models, P2P frameworks, and governance structures that reduce complexity and accelerate decision-making. I design Power BI reporting tools that turn operational data into strategic insight — enabling leadership teams to see around corners, anticipate risk, and drive change with confidence. From global supply chains and energy service networks to post-merger integrations and multi-country HQ programmes, I’ve built systems that scale, adapt, and deliver. I’ve embedded Design-to-Cost methodologies, developed Global Framework Agreements, and led cross-functional teams that align engineering, procurement, and commercial strategy.MBA-qualified with a BEng in Integrated Engineering, I bring technical depth, commercial acumen, and a mindset shaped by resilience — from walking 900km solo across Spain to completing three endurance cycling challenges, each over 400km, across Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and Tanzania. These rides were part of Bikes Against Bombs, a long-running campaign that has raised over £1.55 million for MAG (Mines Advisory Group) over the past decade. MAG is a global humanitarian organisation that clears landmines and unexploded ordnance in post-conflict zones, helping communities reclaim safe land and rebuild their futures. Supporting this mission through endurance and purpose has shaped how I lead — with clarity, commitment, and a long-term view.If your business is ready to move from complexity to clarity — and from insight to impact — let’s connect.
