With almost 20 years of experience in the travel industry, I enjoy using creativity and data-driven analysis to find solutions to business challenges. I have implemented new products and used data insights to optimize revenue from existing ones. I have also identified revenue growth opportunities, developed customer acquisition and retention programs, and negotiated significant cost savings.
