I have led international teams with responsibility for P&L, enterprise operations, procurement strategy, and commercial alignment. My experience includes building and scaling procurement organizations, unifying regional structures, and establishing global account strategies that strengthened executive relationships and influenced a significant share of enterprise revenue. I have never subscribed to the idea of “fake it until you make it.” I believe in learning fast, asking the right questions, and delivering results that earn trust. Over the course of my career, I sparked meaningful transformations, including a $600M acquisition integration that reduced operational overhead by more than 25%, while managing multimillion-dollar P & Ls and global spend.Throughout my career, I have stepped into roles where clarity, alignment, and momentum were needed most. I take the time to understand how a business truly operates, then work across teams to create focus and drive results without disrupting what is already working. I operate comfortably from the board room to the factory floor, ensuring strategy translates into execution at every level.
