Acting for New Mountain Capital, and supplied by Fireside Consulting in a consultative contract, I have been assigned to function as the Chief Technology Officer in leading the Technology & Data teams for Wipfli for a period of six months (or longer) on a full-time capacity. I have been asked to work with the business to realize success for the efforts directly impacting the Partner and Growth organization as they serve the firm\'s clients and customers.I partner with the leaders of the teams that I have responsibility for in Data, Software Development & Enterprise Applications configuration, Quality Assurance, and Enterprise Architecture in setting strategy, implementing execution plans, and realizing the expected results of these efforts.I collaborate with the other members of our Executive Team in devising strategy, drving agreed to actions, and delivering results for the business.
