The essence of being human is that we all want to be heard. I’ve helped many organizations lean in and listen to create responsive marketing and communications affirmations that drive and deliver results. In equal measure, my executive-level leadership vision is finely attuned to the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and I\'ve played a critical role in enabling corporations to stay ahead of market shifts by streaming integrated messaging to target audiences through digital and traditional mediums. I’ve established a unique and distinguishing perspective underscored by repeated success: Served as top communications & marketing operations executive for $1.5B global non-profit leader. Driven public relations, public affairs and protected brand reputation for $9B Global 500 firm. Led as President/CEO of a multinational entity - serving as the face and voice of the brand. Strategized, with ‘boots on the ground,’ as Chief Community Relations Officer for the Marine Corps. Changed client brand trajectories as a strategic communications consultant for a top-tier firm.

   Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) provides direct employment to more than 600 people – which includes our full time staff and workers in assembly, laundry, retail, custodial and government contracts and other services - many of whom have disabilities or other barriers to employment. We are also proud that our full-time staff includes graduates of our vocational programs.In our communities across Northern and Central Virginia, we help those with physical, mental and emotional disabilities, but also those who face other barriers to employment, such as poor work history, lack of work experience, low family income, illiteracy, homelessness, advanced age, past substance abuse or a criminal history.In the past year, RGI provided support services to people in our 12-County region - and directly helped more than people find new jobs. At RGI, our mission is to create jobs locally, prepare people to succeed at work, and help them overcome barriers to employment.Since 1966, RGI has believed in the power of work to change lives.
