My reputation is centered upon executing operational roadmaps.Interim operations director – Over the last 9 years I have delivered upon >12 successful assignments as a freelance interim/consultant.Industrial sector – Mid size SME’s >£30M to <£250M. Clients include Metsa (a Finnish multinational industrial cooperative), MPAC (an Industrial automation manufacturer) and Berendsen (an industrial laundry business contracted to the manufacturing sector serving food and automotive). Executing operations roadmaps – as a recent example; appointed by the CEO at MPAC to coordinate a series of workflows to help deliver a transformation project. This enabled the delivery of the largest project in their history, with the strategic aim of doubling revenue and improving bottom line margin.
