WORK HISTORY

Dec 2018 — Present

Program Director, Research and Development Project Management Office @Siemens Healthineers

View department →

HIGHLIGHTS: Identified strategies to interlock deliverables between all projects listed in order to achieve sequential work completion (e.g. Instrument Demand and Upgrades, Changes in Product Labeling and/or Assay Formulations, and BREXIT among others). Collaborated with various functional areas across multiple sites to achieve this goal. Became the primary stakeholder, leader, and Subject Matter Expert in various forums across all functions within the Siemens Healthineers’ organization, including senior management status meetings, functional town halls, and management staff meetings. Introduced new Agile processes and methodologies in various areas to expedite work completion, including Obeya rooms, Kanban boards, scrums, iterative documentation changes, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving. Agile methods subsequently replicated and used on other projects. Took on additional project work to improve productivity without extending timelines (e.g. incorporated over 100 IFU labeling changes to address customer complaints without affecting project timelines). Maintained a track record of on-schedule, on-budget, and quality/compliance-fulfilled project completion despite the existence of multiple challenges and projects of increasing complexity/scope.
