   Client: AES OhioAn existing mobile workforce application built with outdated Xcode and Xamarin Forms stopped working on newer iPads and updated iOS versions. I took the initiative to learn Xamarin and Xcode, investigate the root causes, upgrade to the latest platforms, resolve compilation issues, and recreate the Xcode components in Xamarin Forms. Although the application was scheduled for retirement in 2024 due to an SAP implementation, the SAP solution for the mobile workforce was found to be unfeasible just months before go-live. I was brought back to modify the application and backend for SAP compatibility while simultaneously upgrading it to.NET MAUI, as Xamarin Forms had reached end of life. I mentored developers and testers, sharing knowledge of the application and Xamarin Forms, served as the technical architect and successfully migrated the application to.NET MAUI. This ensured support for the SAP go-live and extended application viability for the foreseeable future.Client: United States Hunter Jumper AssociationArchitected and led the development of a system to reverse-engineer an application for importing and scrubbing competition results. Designed logic and workflows to calculate points and rankings based on a complex set of business rules and exceptions and managed a team of offshore developers and testers who completed the work.Client: Mirion TechnologiesDesigned and implemented a global single-download software distribution system using.NET and Azure components replicated across multiple data centers. The system ensured fast response times and minimized network bandwidth costs and also integrated with Salesforce to generate tokenized URLs for specific customers, locations, and software packages. Upon receiving a web request, the system verified and logged it in a replicated database. For first-time requests, the software package was downloaded to the browser, while subsequent requests returned an error message indicating prior download.
