While there, formed Castle & Cooke Aviation by acquiring airport land, winning RFPs, constructing offices and private aircraft hangars in Los Angeles, Hawaii and Washington State. Prior to this, served as corporate counsel for JP Morgan managing legal matters pertaining to real estate owned (REO) bank assets. Legal and transactional work included workouts with developers, negotiated settlements, purchase and sales agreements, entitlement and land use matters.
