As a Subject Matter Expert in IT I ensure my work aligns to the company strategy and when working with customers, that their strategies and values are considered when creating solutions. When working in the Real estate space, I have championed the business to rethink how we configure our systems to encompass complete end-to-end process flows and to define the capabilities of our new sites from the outset, ultimately facilitating faster and more cost-effective implementations.The role demands extensive collaboration with stakeholders and customers, necessitating a dynamic approach to engagement as I work alongside a variety of assertive personalities. Adhering to a number of processors and applications is a crucial responsibility. Additionally, I assist in developing customer-facing materials during customer presentations alongside the bid excellence team.I am dedicated to enhancing processes and workflows. I have successfully initiated several self-driven projects, including product replacements, reporting enhancements, development of bundled packages for wearable technology and defining a new approach to real estate opportunities.I enjoy having the opportunity to deliver the IT section of the UK & I sales foundation course and serve as an assessor for the apprentice and graduate experience days.
