His career includes experience at both a major wirehouse firm and an independent RIA, where he specialized in new business development, client onboarding, client experience, workflows, capacity, and effective teaming—giving him first-hand insight into how firms operate from the inside out.With a Master’s in Education from Binghamton University, Steve brings a teacher’s mindset to his consulting—making complex strategies simple, actionable, and sustainable. He leverages proven frameworks and a practical, hands-on approach to help firms and advisors unlock capacity, maximize their teams, and build systems that drive measurable results.Beyond his consulting work, Steve is the host of The One Big Thing Podcast, where he interviews leaders and innovators to share insights, lessons, and encouragement for those navigating challenges in business and life. Respected across the financial services field, he is known for helping firms position themselves for sustainable growth while developing strong teams and processes that scale.Outside of work, Steve and his wife Stephanie are raising four kids just outside Knoxville, TN. They are actively involved in their community through their church and by coaching youth sports. The same values of leadership, teamwork, and growth that guide his family and community involvement also shape his work with clients nationwide.
