After leaving Bank of America in 2011, he began his consulting career at Cardinal Solutions Group working with a host of Fortune 500 companies to deploy large and complex IT and process / business management solutions; clients include, but not limited to, TIAA CREF, Nationwide Insurance, Wells Fargo, Adventist, Orlando Magic, Duke Energy, L3, and Talbots.Over the last 19 years, Steven has held various leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance, Insight Enterprises, and CCG Analytics (acquired by 3Cloud in 2021) – he is currently the Director of Delivery Excellence at 3Cloud Solutions responsible for providing the “ultimate Azure experience” for clients looking to leverage the world’s most cutting-edge technologies to run their businesses. In addition to running delivery, he currently holds the Chair position for 3Cloud’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative; if you were to ask him, this is where he does his best work!Steven is active in the community – Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Colorado Springs Youth Symphony, Metropolitan Ministries, Joshua House, MS Foundation, Feeding Tampa Bay, and Ronald McDonald House.
