   Responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) whose mission is to make a positive impact on customer health and retention by translating customer objectives, both tactical and strategic, into account planning strategies. Customer Success, as part of the Growth organization, is responsible for 60 strategic accounts from various industries. In this role I report to the President. Key Achievements• Developed a Strategic Account Plan template in Salesforce.com/Prolifiq to manage account plans for all customers and developed training for the CSM to build best-in-class strategic account plans.• Improved client health and reduced churn risk for all customers (less than 1.5% annual churn by revenue)• Increased existing client revenue by 20% by improving account planning strategies• Introduced a consultative, value driven QBR (quarterly business review) process that included spend reduction opportunities/current market conditions• Interfaced with other executives within Trax to improve communication and alignment between client support teams and the Customer Success organization• Supported Marketing by regularly writing blog articles as an industry leader, some of which were published in leading supply chain publications
