Over the last 8 years I have been working with major UK construction companies, consultants, acousticians and clients such as National Highways & Network Rail in solving their noise/air and acoustic fencing issues. Presenting to site or local offices across UK and Europe in solving problems where noise is an issue with innovative, sustainable barrier products and services.This has led me to supporting noise barrier projects being designed, developed & installed throughout the UK and world-wide.I have a varied experienced role in as much as I help project teams make the right choice of noise barrier or fencing material and support with noise barrier design, site visits, project experience on install issues and becoming a liaison between client, contractor and consultant. These projects involved SoundBlok systems as such below - SmogStop Air Pollution Barrier - Reducing over 50% NOx- Hatko Carbon Neutral made from recycled car & truck tyres- NATURALSoundBlok Timber Absorptive/Reflective - POLYSoundBlok Recycled Plastic- METASoundBlok Metal Absorptive- GREENSoundBlok Eco-Barriers- CLEARSoundBlok Transparent Barriers- ECOSoundBlok Living WallI currently sit on the BSI committee for EN 14388 for Road Traffic Devices and pro-actively work on many noise groups across Europe. I am also the Welsh Representative of EIA.Many clients/consultants and contractors now contact myself for advice and support which includes rail, road, commercial and industrial air pollution & noise barrier issues.
