   Led project to better the County\'s web experience. This gave the County a platform to rebrand itself and provided digital guidelines. The design gave a user-centered, relevant, and upbeat user experience. The project affected all County agencies and the public.Lead a project to reduce a major risk to the County and avoid over $1.3M in annual run costs of our mainframe. The mainframe was out of support and at end-of-life. It ran the County’s financial system. We moved the software to a Mainframe as a Service (MaaS) Cloud environment. This move was one of the first of its kind in the nation.Led effort to upgrade the Ceridian Dayforce core Payroll, Human Resource modules (out of support and at end-of-life). Our first payroll run was without issues. I then led the implementation of the Dayforce Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Performance Management modules. This brought three systems into one central tool, reducing risk of process failures and data integrity.Created and put into effect the County\'s Project Management Office\'s first Project Management Guide. It was built on a framework of PMI, Six Sigma and ITIL norms. It drives consistency in projects. Currently updating to to comply with PMI\'s Version 7 PMBOK. Chosen to join the County’s first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council. The council connects the numerous DEI events taking place across the County to its broader vision. This creates a unified front in the promotion of DEI as a norm at the County. Serve as a voice on DEI issues and opportunities in my department.
