   Lead ICF’s Digital Citizen Solutions practice area that builds websites, web applications and mobile apps, implements data analytics and business intelligence platforms, and modernizes legacy systems to help government agencies improve their operations and improve services to citizens- Responsible for client delivery, organizational management, and business development- Lead various Design Thinking exercises (whiteboarding, write-storming, journey mapping, user story mapping, 10+10) with clients and proposal teams to get diverse groups to develop innovative solutions- Pioneered a lean management review process to combine a Lean Coffee-style agenda with real-time budget and schedule reviews and a progress-to-date demo to provide an honest, yet supportive review of challenging projects- Built an automated test framework for a financial system modernization project to demonstrate the combined accuracy of the data conversion, business logic, and frontend validations and to increase release confidence and to reduce the number of regression bugs found after each sprint.
