In 1987, when I co-founded Zemba Bros. Inc. with my brother Scott Zemba, our focus was to continually motivate and inspire the team to stay \"On the Move\" even in the face of tough jobs and long days. A resilient work ethic, unmatched customer service, and endless days of hard work were the standard. Our resilient attitudes have stood the test of time, helping us grow into what we are today. Zemba Bros, Inc. is now known as one of the largest full-service Commercial, Industrial and Residential Excavation companies in Southeastern Ohio.The team at Zemba Bros. is always performing the industry’s best service on jobs ranging from residential projects to large-scale commercial operations. We specialize in various aspects of our industry, including, but not limited to: Excavation, earthwork and site development, hydro excavation, pipe locating and televising, Vacuum Pump Trucks, embankments, demolition and land clearing, directional drilling and site utilities (sanitary, storm and water), potable and production water delivery, portable restrooms, dump truck services, material hauling and delivery (topsoil, aggregates, structural fill dirt), heavy hauling transport, lowboy and rollback services, railroad services, including transloading, clean up, transfer, railcar storage and track access, underground storage tank removal and installation (UST certified) and environmental remediation and emergency spill response. I am extremely hands on in managing all of Zemba Holdings, in business operations and maximizing profits and building the company\'s value by ensuring the on time and on budget delivery of high quality services - always meeting financial objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. As President, I always emphasize that good business boils down to the simple things: always bring the right tools, the right people and the relentless drive to get the job done with the best possible solution for our customers.
