1) Developing and working with multinational companies on events from an idea to completion with attendance of up to people, dealing with celebrities, VIP areas, compliance and H&S from set up to take down. All of the events I have come in either below or on budget.2) Taking an idea forward and nurturing the idea, dealing with sponsors, fundraisers and businesses to finance the event as well as making the books balance at the end of the project.3) Reacting to orders of over 200 staff at short notice on various major events throughout the UK, these include T4, The British Motor Cross GP, Weston Beach Races and The Dorset Steam Fair as on site contracts.4) Dealing with reactive high profile contracts such a Red Bull Pro Nationals, Channel 4, Got To Dance ( Sky TV) Jamie Oliver Feastival and Alex James Hub, Monster, Corona Sunsets, South West Live and The BBC.5) Planning, running and financing many events, this has been through my company as well as me working as a service provider to many commercial and government bodies. 6) Organising, promoting and running Weston Dairy Festival, this event was brought back to Weston last year after a 20-year break, in its first year we saw a footfall of over people as well as this it was financially a success. 2017 was an even bigger event that was over 5 days and had a footfall of over Running and managing overseas property conferences in both the UK and abroad for both commercial investors and holidays homes purchasers.
