Known as a “true” & “authentic” leader within the company, community, industry and with his clients. I have come to understand and value the significance of finding one’s passion and purpose in life. Being a farm boy at heart I\'ve has always had a passion for agriculture and the life-balance that grows from that unique industry and way of life. A proud owner of agricultural property I farm and manage in addition to my professional career leading several financial teams encompassing all aspects of lending, client development, staff human capital development and succession planning needs.
