I work with clients to help them see that these patterns are not fixed and that the positive patterns can be maximised and the negative ones minimised. Advising SCITTs on the content of their secondary English curriculum maps.I have worked closely with Senior Leadership Teams and departments in all types of schools to improve teaching and learning and leadership and management.Currently recording material for Myatt and Co with a range of leading educationalists.Creator of all the Rooted in Reading materials. So far well over have been bought by schools all over the UK and Europe. A research report that investigates the effectiveness of this project in promoting reading for pleasure was published by EDT and was launched in April at the World Literacy Summit.
