STEVEN E. WILLIAMS, RPLS More than 40 years of experience with numerous types of survey projects including land boundary, topographic, control and route surveys; right-of-way mapping, bathymetric surveys, coastal boundary surveys; interior and exterior improvement surveys, construction staking and accident surveys for court litigations. Williams’ experience has also included performing feasibility studies for site development projects, utility research, abstracting, platting and submitting/coordinating applications for re-zoning, utility availability, street closures, easement abandonments, USACE and GLO permits. Responsibilities have included supervision of survey departments (field crews and office personnel), computations, boundary analysis, preparation of legal descriptions for land acquisitions, easements and municipal boundaries. Williams has managed numerous surveying contracts and projects for various districts of TxDOT, County and City agencies. Other clients have included utility agencies, engineering/architectural firms, utility districts, drainage districts, Corps of Engineers, United States Military and numerous clients in the private sector.
