   HOFFMAN DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC is a national Design-Build-Finance COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, active across the United States in the Commercial Real Estate and Renewable & Sustainable ‘Green’ Energy sectors. We act in the capacity of fee-based developer or co-developer partner for qualified projects.We work closely with our affiliate company, Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, whose history dates back to 1892 when the Hoffman family entered the construction industry as general contractors - 129 years of Hoffman tradition.VALUE PROPOSITIONWe understand that many project sponsors have limited pre-development funds and limited access to the capital markets due to fiscal constraints. For qualified projects, Hoffman Development Group contributes internal and affiliate resources towards the early-stage pre-development and pre-construction requirements - upfront and at no initial cost to the client - which lessens the burdensome capital outlay requirement of having to pay third-party providers for services in advance. This proposition advances the project to ‘shovel ready’ status - the stage where construction can begin and investors and lenders will commit to funding the project.We recognize the importance of participating in the site-specific project research, due diligence, and structuring process to create assumptions and key inputs for inclusion within project development budgets and financial proforma statements to pre-determine if a project is feasible. To respect and protect the valuable time, energy, effort, resources, and capital of all involved, Hoffman Development Group actively contributes to this pre-development and pre-construction activity and as a valued partner prepares a project summary overview to assist with the critical early stage decision-making process of determining whether or not to continue with a particular project.
