ABOUT STEPHEN WHENNELL
I am a senior level quantitative and statistical market research leader, with 20+ years agency experience working in sectors including automotive, FMCG, utilities, tourism, health and finance. Despite being a staunch \"quantie\" at heart, I have an appreciation for qual and get a buzz out of generating insight from multiple data sources, which can paint a more detailed picture than by using a single data source in isolation I am comfortable working on both long-term tracking studies and fast moving ad hoc projects. I specialise in statistical data analysis, insight generation and storytelling, although my skills cover the entire research project lifecycle from survey/questionnaire design through to data processing, analysis, reporting and presenting. My advanced analytical armoury is well equipped to address research requirements, and includes pricing techniques, KDA, segmentation, Max diff and CHAIDOver my career I have learnt to take a more pragmatic approach to research, always considering the commercial needs of my clients when identifying an optimal solution to their objectives. Most of my career has been devoted to making the results of complex analyses more accessible and engaging to those who use them. My main motivation is to provide clients and stakeholders with the confidence and peace of mind to know that their business decisions, and associated commercial success are based on solid research foundations
