I am results oriented, with a proven track record of improving operations and have a passion for developing people. Adept in creating and leading a diverse team while providing inspiration, clear direction, support and maintaining accountability. I am skilled in collaborating with other leaders as part of a team to achieve project objectives. My experience includes working with multiple clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, rig types, and projects. This is coupled with a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of contracts and the importance of working with clients to build relationships in order to bring about the best results for both.
