The foundation of coaching is based around one simple principle, the relationships between a coach and his/her players. The sports world is filled with numerous opportunities to improve areas of Communication. When times get tough it is vital that Coaches and coachees are able to produce in pressure situations. Thees disciplines of Communication are usually the deciding factors of the outcome of the game, set, match, meet and life skills. Communication is the foundation to all relationships. They will either thrive or die depending on well the two different parties can effectively express the way they feel about the certain task at hand.
