I work with Institutional and Private Investors in the acquisition, leasing, re-positioning and disposition of Industrial and R&D properties throughout Southern California. Additionally, I represent occupiers of commercial real estate (both as Tenant\'s and Owner-Occupier\'s) in site selection, market research, lease and purchase negotiations, and dispositions throughout the United States utilizing JLL\'s industry leading national network.Outside of work I enjoy family time, golf, outdoor activities, traveling, and fitness.I am a UCLA grad (2001 with a B.A. in History) where I was a 4 year Letterman on the Men\'s Golf team and was Co-Captain. Being on the golf team at a school with as rich an athletic tradition as UCLA was absolutely amazing!
