   Steve has been with Crowe since 2004, providing a variety of audit and consulting services to banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, college savings programs, hedge funds, corporate credit unions, credit unions, and start-up organizations. Steve has assisted in advisory and accounting services for over 100 acquisitions and assisted in numerous initial public offerings. With a focus on financial institutions and financial service firms, Steve is an engagement partner who provides external audit and advisory services to community and large regional financial institutions as well other financial service companies. In 2011, Steve relocated to help start Crowe\'s Texas based financial service practice. Since the relocation, the practice has experienced dynamic growth with a focus on audit, merger and acquisition, IPO, and advisory services. Steve is a well known speaker on technical accounting matters.
