About Steve Voskuil

Steve Voskuil is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for The Hershey Company. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company\'s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations. Voskuil joined Hershey in 2019 from Avanos Medical (previously “Halyard Health”), a global medical device company serving healthcare needs in more than 90 countries, where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2014. Voskuil was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Avanos/Halyard for four years where he led its successful spinoff from Kimberly-Clark as a public company. Before Halyard Health Inc, Voskuil worked for 23 years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a Fortune 500 global consumer products company, from 19••••14. During this time, he served in various leadership roles in which he gained deep financial experience, broad operational management experience, international experience, and transformative leadership experience. Voskuil has a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a master’s degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Palo Alto. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Bath & Body Works where he chairs the Audit Committee. Voskuil also serves as the Vice Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Economic and Community Advisory Council.
