At Swymfit®, we emphasize using both land and water exercise to help you achieve your overall fitness needs and goals. However, it is our water based programs that set us apart from the rest of the industry. Our primary market is the over 50 aging baby boomers who are seeking joint friendly exercise programs. We work with local doctors and physical therapists to help individuals exercise with various joint and health problems.It is my goal to spread this approach to exercise throughout the general health and fitness world.
