   Responsible for our corporate Infrastructure team and SaaS support team of local and remote engineers who implement, monitor, maintain, upgrade central applications, SaaS platform and infrastructure for the company worldwide. Infrastructure includes Pure storage arrays, ESX environment, Dell Compellent Sans, all server hardware and data centers. SaaS Azure environment includes application, web, utility, file and SQL servers. Applications include but not limited to all Office 365 online applications, Globalscape SFTP, vSphere, SharePoint, Commvault, Backup Exec, IFS, Multiple ManageEngine products and Syteline. My team are also responsible for developing and maintaining a companywide backup strategy and data retention plans. We are also required to perform SQL server implementations and verify database integrity along with successful DR and backup strategies. For both teams, I supervise and direct daily activities of team members. Coordinate team and individual meetings to provide guidance for specific projects, update employees on performance and provide information to all team members on news, issues or projects within the company.
