CONSTRUCTION PROJECT EXECUTIVEWith experience in both engineering design and construction, I have worked in a cross-section of projects and locations that gave me a unique perspective in solving project challenges. I have led complex, large-scale, multi-project programs in industrial, commercial, public works, and institutional fields across the US.I enjoy managing challenging projects to achieve all of the parameters set by company management and client executives. However, I take client satisfaction one step further by turning the hassle of construction into a seamless endeavor. Whether it is a brownfield renovation or a new corporate facility, I provide clients with a positive experience during every stage of the construction process from initial design to final closeout. For example: • At Sundt, I led a $1.5BN program with less than a 0.4 TRIR safety rating and an average SRC of 92 on all projects.• As part of that $1.5B program, I managed a Shared Conveyance Project across 3 different facilities on an 800-acre site to completion without a single ITP and with all financial obligations met.• I led a Fluor project to become the first one to score consistently well on a Confidential Client’s infamous supplier rating card (SRC).• For Fluor’s Micron Mask project, I managed the project to a less than 0.3% E&O changes on a 2% goal, while delivering on-time, within budget completion.As a leader, I collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, designers, trades, and vendors, to gain alignment on project goals and drive successful execution. I have led teams of as many as 220 Administrative Professionals and 1,200 Craft to deliver on schedules, forecasts, quality standards, safety requirements, and client specifications. I share my knowledge and experience, mentor new hires, and build trust within the team.I bring experience both leading and participating in teams to design and construct a wide variety of projects, nearly all of which have been in the Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM) category. I consistently demonstrated my ability to collaborate in the APDM methodologies, such as Design Build and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and provided value to clients.

   Sundt Construction

   Jun 2016 — Present · Nashville, TN, US

   I was recruited back to oversee several large-scale, complex projects from initial contract negotiations to closeout. My success in managing a multi-year,$1.5BN project led Sundt to become one of 3 general contractors ranked as “Best in Class” by this confidential client. Additionally, I owned the financial and schedule performance for the largest JV project in Sundt history – a $720M, 6-year program to replace a 58-year-old water reclamation facility in Salt Lake City. I am currently assigned to the Metro Process Advancements project which includes refurbishment/new construction of the Omohundro and KR Harrington Drinking Water Treatment plants in Nashville, TN. This generational program will bring improvements to the quality of the drinking water for the residents of Nashville.
