As Managing Director and the only Executive Director, I share responsibility for leading the organisation day-to-day while contributing fully to governance and strategy. Eastern Procurement is a not-for-profit consortium providing compliant framework agreements and professional contract management services to Local Authorities, Social Landlords, and other Public Sector Bodies. Our purpose is clear: to make procurement simpler, more efficient, and more effective for our Members.Working with colleagues across the Board and business, we have delivered growth, strengthened governance, and introduced strategies that position the organisation for long-term success.
