Leader of The Hertfordshire Careers Hub, Coordinate a network of 113/114 schools and colleges, along with various local employers and stakeholders, to achieve the goals of the Hertfordshire Careers & Enterprise Programme. Drives sustainable system change in careers provision within the Hub and across the national network of Careers Hubs in England, ensuring the Hub is central to local careers provision and policy decisions. Cross-sector engagement and collaboration to provide all young people with high-quality careers and enterprise education that aligns with Hertfordshire’s economic and skills priorities, improving career outcomes and achieving sustainable change at both local and national levels. Manages and develop a team of delivery professionals (Enterprise Coordinators) and volunteers (Enterprise Advisers) to deliver high-quality careers provision, following best practices outlined in the Gatsby Benchmarks, the Government’s Careers Strategy, and the Grant Funding Agreement from The Careers and Enterprise Company.
