Dr. Steven Tedesco has over forty years of experience in the resource business involving all aspects of petroleum exploration and production with additional experiences in helium, coal and precious metal mining, ranching and farming. Dr. Tedesco is a high achiever who has a history of successful business management and money raising and is looking to serve on the board for a company with the right assets, vision and organization. Dr. Tedesco is founder and president of Running Foxes Petroleum Inc, a privately-held company with a 20-year record in oil and gas exploration and production operations in Kansas, Missouri, Utah and Colorado. With Running Foxes, Dr. Tedesco manages numerous domestic and European partners and has raised over $200M since the company’s inception. Previously, Dr. Tedesco served as CEO and director of Admiral Bay Resources (ADB.TSX), a company specializing in developing natural gas projects in eastern Kansas, and raised over $80M in support of company goals.Dr. Tedesco is also owner of the privately-held CST Oil & Gas Corp which contracted roustabout, pumping, fracking and general oil field services in eastern Kansas and western Missouri. He was successful in helping CST Oil and Gas go public, reversed merged, then taken private. Dr. Tedesco was also a founder of Epsilon Energy (TO:EPS) and provided several of the properties to this company.Dr. Tedesco also served as president of Promap Corp, successfully overseeing its reverse merger with Advance Cannabis Solutions which became General Cannabis, a leading company in the fledging marijuana industry. Dr. Tedesco earned his Ph.D. in Geology with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Previously, he earned a Master’s degree in Geology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a Bachelor of Arts in Earth Sciences from Northeastern University, Boston. Dr. Tedesco presently serves on the Foundation Board for Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

   Company has been very successful at finding both conventional and unconventional assets in the Lower 48 states using surface geochemistry, 3D seismic and subsurface in Kansas, Missouri, Utah and Colorado. Found the Arikaree Creek Field in Lincoln Co, Colorado. Reactivated the Devon, Livengood and Kizler North fields in Kansas and the Runamuck and Thomas fields in Missouri. Developed several large coal bed methane in southeastern Kansas, Illinois and in the Rocky Mountains. Understand all aspects of petroleum exploration, engineering, land and production of oil and gas.
