Founder / Principle. The first consultant contracted by the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) to co-create and implement a consulting program for small businesses (i.e, Mainstreet). Other key clients included the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Tucson Committee on Foreign Relations and businesses throughout Pima County.• Created the RTA\'s keystone business assessment program that helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of businesses across eight primary business functions. Results are used to identify subsequent consulting activities. • Provide business outreach / liaison services to of businesses throughout Pima County to assist them in mitigating the negative financial effects attributable to RTA funded road construction projects. • Created 35+ websites, social media strategies, target market analyses, strategic marketing plans, branding strategies, sales management and training programs, financial management tools and business valuations.
