We provide training and coaching for salespeople, managers, business owners and executives in the areas of sales, management, leadership and human relations skills. Steve is also the publisher of the E-mail TACTICS Cards, an Internet tool to reinforce effective sales and people skills. E-Mail TACTICS Cards are currently being used by most Sandler trainers both nationally and internationally. Steve has provided training, consulting and coaching services to many companies both large and small – including such organizations as United Technologies (UTC), Lucent Technologies, and International Furniture Rentals as well as many of the top financial services companies throughout the country.
