   Initially, responsible for manual execution of Stress and Stability testing. Gradually, broadened my scope of testing to include many new products and applications. A few of the products included SentryPoint App, Pressure Profile App, Smart Gateway, SonixIQ gas meter, CP test points & rectifiers. • Fully automated Stress and Stability test framework for the Sensus Regional Network Interface (RNI) using Jenkins, shell, and PowerShell scripts. Reduced manpower required for 3-day stress/stability tests to 30 mins. • Increased efficiency by 66%(6 -> 2 hrs) via shell and PowerShell scripts to install Sensus components after redeployment of test systems. • Oversaw a team of engineers responsible for testing water, gas, & lighting devices. • Mentored new employees to rapidly bring them up to speed on new technologies, organization, and test tools. • Facilitated new feature assignments and test case reviews with team • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery of new products. Functioned as liaison to help break down silos between Marketing, Customer Support, Firmware, Solution test, and Development organizations. • Forward-thinking identified potential road blocks before they occurred on projects. Resulted in zero time lost for development due to me ordering, upgrading, and configuring equipment ahead of time for Pressure Profile project. • Led in-house betas to demonstrate new functionality to product owners • Advised customer support with install problems on newly released water & gas devices. • Led continuous improvement movement to increase efficiency when head count was low. Streamlined alarm testing for test team by writing UI tool to decode alarm bits to human-readable format. Also developed Alarm decoder for CMEP billing reports which could be used for manual or automated testing. • Main advocate who recognized need for and successfully pushed for a new lab to support upcoming devices and applications.
