I have always enjoyed a challenge and have found that I also enjoy motivating and sharing (teaching) others. By continuing to teach, I learn and better myself. Since the early 90\'s, my experience has focused around the real estate industry. I have been involved in leasing, sales and training in that field as well as involved with an affiliate industry, title insurance, for 8 1/2 years. I have been a Sales professional since 1987 with sales experience that includes Business-to-Business, Direct Selling and Retail Selling. From Summer 2005 to Summer 2007, I successfully managed a sales team at LandAmerica Austin Title that previously had no direct supervision; bettered relations between production and sales, and positively impacted the organization by helping them to grow from 7th place position to 2nd place position in the market at time of departure. I am also an energetic sales trainer/speaker who is regularly sought out to instruct other sales professionals in their professional development and networking skills.
