As Director of Concierge and Guest Experience departments, I am responsible for the leadership and management of both teams, while creating a synergy between the two departments. In this dual role, I have raised the estates level of guest engagement, offering bespoke services to all that walk through our doors. Duties include: managing both departments, overseeing daily operations, payroll and vacation, scheduling, training, creating Standard Operational Procedures, team and hotel meetings, coordination of special projects, reservations, airlines/travel planning, real estate, transportation coordination, itineraries, five star/five diamond guest service, personal shopping, concert and show ticketing, vacation planning, private jet/yacht charters, extraordinary lifestyle assistance, creating unique experiences, guest in-room amenities, as well as guest pre-arrival and vendor outreach. Overall management of high volume departments in a luxury environment.
