My responsibilities include but are not limited to: waiting on walk in customers, answering phones, taking will call orders. pulling orders, loading un-loading trucks, with forlift and checking in and putting stock away. i also am responsible for stock adjustments, bin locations researching inventory discrepensies before any adjustments are made. priced lighting projects for customers, helped with layouts. was directly involved with vendors and rep agencies to get best pricing and shipping on all non-stock items i ordered for customers. i was directly involved in training with new hires. i am used to a very hectic pace and utter chaos at times. i always look for neww bussiness leads and do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. the day in the life of a counterman!
