I was born in Hamilton, Ontario, my family relocated to Sackville, Nova Scotia when I was a young child, and I was privileged to grow up in this community. I met my wife Cheryl, and for the past 19 years we have made our home in Waverley and now living in Windsor Junction. While working in the public sector over the past 31 years I have made it a personal mission to make a difference in my community through volunteer work with local charities and youth organizations.
