Manage GRC\'s day-to-day business, sales and recruiting operations enterprise-wide. Collaborate with Client Engagement Teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of consultants according to requirement needs and project objectives. Work closely with our Sales and Recruiting team throughout the process; match the most qualified candidates with project requirements, present candidates to hiring teams, and manage client interview schedules to promote convenience and options. Ensure the entire team is fully educated and up to date on concerns and topics that impact our clients, our consultants, and even those that impact the efficiency of our work. Part of this process involves identifying or creating on-going trainings – focused on technology, immigration, recruiting/sales processes, internal systems, etc. – that will be most impactful to my team. Partner with our Immigration Department to make sure our consultants’ H1B Visa Documentation is accurate and up to date. Schedule audits to certify that GRC is utilizing the most up-to-date technology/versions available and are sharing and executing ‘Best Practices.’ 7. Network within diverse business organizations so effectively build upon our ‘Best Practices’ and be aware of Market changes in real-time. Hold weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly 1 on 1\'s with team members. During each meeting we analyze and manage the KPI’s, determine goals, and align on expectations. Through management and execution of the same expectations I demand of my team, I continue building strong relationships with our Clients, Consultants, and business partners.
