My goal has always been simple: I want Yale to be the best retail experience anywhere. For that, we have to be hassle-free from our web to our stores and especially delivery, installation, and service.People neglect what happens after the sale when it is as important as the initial transaction. It\'s hard to believe I have been at Yale for over 50 years (yes 50 including part-time), but I truly feel blessed by working with some great people.We have been fortunate to win an array of awards from Best Of Boston to Massachusetts Retailer of the Year. Although I truly appreciate the accolades, I am humbled by the generations of Bostonians who trust us with their purchasesFrom most people\'s perspectives, I seem to be a retailer writer, blogger, videographer, and webinar host. Blogging is just a way to answer people\'s questions transparently. It also allows us to show prospective clients different ways to accomplish their tasks easier and with a fresh perspective.For LinkedIn, my posts will be about how to buy appliances the right way.
